Maharashtra has emerged champions at the CISCE U19 Football National Level Tournament!
And making Barnes School & Junior College proud, Dhruv Ganore scored 5 goals in 6 matches, including the winning goal in the Final — the strike that helped seal the National title.
Champions of the All Maharashtra Anglo Indian Schools U-19 Football Tournament Zonal Level!
Over two action-packed days, the grounds of Barnes School & Junior College witnessed fierce determination, exceptional talent, and unwavering sportsmanship. The zonal-level campaign concluded with an exhilarating display of school pride as elite Anglo-Indian institutions went head-to-head on the football pitch.
The tournament was graced by alumnus Yuvraj Sandeep Kadam as the Chief Guest.
CISCE Regional Sports & Games
On 10 September 2026, our U-19 Football Team was felicitated for their outstanding performance at the CISCE Regional Sports & Games, held in Pune, where they secured an impressive 2nd place.
Adding to this achievement, our Football Team Captain, Dhruv Ganore, and Adit Mahadik will go on to represent at the CISCE State Level. We are incredibly proud of their dedication, teamwork, and sporting spirit.
Daksh Shines Bright at CISCE Regional Games
On 20 August 2026, Daksh More was felicitated for his remarkable victory at the CISCE Regional Games & Sports 2026 held in Pune. Competing in the 100m U‑19 Boys category on 13–14 August 2026, Daksh secured 1st position, demonstrating exceptional speed, discipline, and determination.
Barnes U-19 Football Team Wins Taluka-Level Championship
Barnes U-19 football team did it! Our talented squad of 18 students brought home the winners’ trophy after a thrilling performance at the Taluka-level football championship. From strong defensive strategies to breathtaking goals, each player contributed to the success story.
Barnes Centenary Cup Winners
On August 29th, the Barnes Centenary Cup brought together five schools in a spirited competition across basketball and football. The morning assembly became a moment of honor as our champions were felicitated for their outstanding achievements.

Linayesha Verma Wins Gold at Invitational Gymnastics Championship
Linayesha Verma (Grade 5 C), who excelled at the 4th Invitational Artistic Gymnastics Championship held on 21st and 22nd February 2026. She has set a wonderful example for her peers, showing that dedication and perseverance can lead to remarkable success.
Harshwardhan Dhatrak's Triple Triumph in Gymnastics
Harshwardhan Dhatrak of LKG B achieved an outstanding feat at the 4th Invitational Artistic Gymnastics Championships 2026, organized by NiWEC, Satpur on 21–22 February 2026. This achievement stands as a shining example of how perseverance and passion can lead to excellence at such a young age.
Purvi Dhatrak Strikes Gold
Purvi Dhatrak (Grade 3B) delivered an outstanding performance at the 2nd Level-wise Artistic Gymnastics District Championship 2025!
She secured 1st Position in Nashik District and proudly qualified for the State Championship with an incredible medal tally:
